FAT Services

CEMA has developed immense capability in FAT prior to delivery to ensure that the client equipment or plant operates as intended and meets all the contractual requirements to maintain high quality and integrity. The FAT procedures we follow includes a check of completeness, proof of functionality and a verification of all important documents, such as manuals, instructions, plans, drawings, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).

We practice this to increase the confidence of our clients in us that the equipment/plant performs as expected under the full range of foreseeable conditions, including misuse and error.
